Why am I unable to log into my account?

    My email is Lynsey@BrighterBirths.com and I recently created a hypnobirthing booking form. Can you please help me recover the form and get back in to my account. I've tried resetting password and it won't work!!

    I have just checked the account related to your email address which username is BrighterBirths and it seems to be correctly working as expected. 

    I would recommend you to kindly try clearing your browser's cache and see if that helps. Please kindly make sure you're using the correct password, if you're getting an incorrect password after clearing your browser's cache, you may try clearing your password once again and see if you receive the email.
