User detail pre-populate form previous submission

    Hi.

    My form will be used by many people but each user's contact details would rarely change.

    How can I have previous user inputs auto-populate eg first name, last name, email and phone number?

    Hi. Pre-population works well for the name, email and phone details.

    I have other fields however which are also being re-populated on my Samsung phone. Is there a way to clear these other fields?

    As I check your form, I can only see Name, Email and Phone field that is being pre-populated.

    The form seems to work on my computer in the preview screen but doesn’t work on iphone or Samsung. Any ideas?

    Your form autofill function is enabled. To know more about autofill, please check this guide: How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

    To clear the saved data in your local browser storage, please clear it in your browser. You can also try opening your form in incognito mode so the saved data will not populate your form fields.

    By the way, the screenshot you attached in your latest response didn't reach our support forum. Please open this thread: 1883877 using browser and re-post the images again.
