I am wanting to be able to build an order form that will allow me to import it into quick books. I am trying to avoid entering data twice.

While there is no direct way to interface JotForm with QuickBooks at this time, there is an effective workaround that you can try.
Since most QuickBooks versions have the ability to import Excel files, you can export your JotForm submissions data into an Excel file, and then import this file into your QuickBooks account.
Please follow this link to export JotForm submissions into an Excel file - http://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-export-the-submissions-to-Excel-CSV-file
For importing Excel (and CSV) files into your QuickBooks account, please refer to this link for instructions - http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/Articles/HOW12247
We hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if ti works for you or not. Thank you for using JotForm!
