PayPal standard: How to add custom shipping address?

Hi,

I have created an order form. my customers are checking out and sending gifts to their kids in camp. However when I receive the order the shipping is the same as the billing and they have told me they put in their children addresses

Please advise 

The shipment address is displayed after redirected to the PayPal and the address from the payer's account will be displayed. So, if you wish to add a different shipping address then disable the Require Shipment Address field.

And you can use the address in the Campers Shipping Address as the shipment address.
