contact form not loading

    hi there

     

    i have viewed a couple of sites we have created using your form, but they are not showing... on both old and new sites

     

    please instruct as to what may cause this? not sure if it might be your server thats down

    Can you please share with us that particular page so we can also check it here? I have cleared your forms cache, I hope this helps.

    No luck...

    The problem is that each client has his/her own login details and form assigned to their spesific website... and they dont show either

    okay...

    What i usually did was to create the forms via the internet (www.jotform.net) then insert the code into a placeholder within my design program: Xara Webdesigner 7.

    What i did now was try and insert the form from within Xara (www.jotform.com) into the placeholder...

    and still no luck 

    still getting a blank space where the form is supposed to be

    To help solve the issue you are having, please provide us the URL (link) to your website which contain the form (e.g. mydomain.com/contact_us). By providing us the link to your website, we would be able to further investigate what is causing the form not to display in your website.

    Thank you for providing us this valuable information. I have investigated the (3)three website you have given and was unable to replicate the same issue. As you can see below, I was able to access and see the form without any issue.

    Have you tried clearing your web browser cache manually and delete offline files with a time set of since beginning instead of using a shortcut key? Browser tend to create cache pages to improve the access speed of a previously visited website and clearing it manually is much more effective than using a shortcut key.

    If you already cleared your web browser cache manually, can you please tell us instead which of the browsers have you use in testing this site(Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera) and what Operating System are you currently using?
