Form not coming through to my email for customer order

    My 'established' form was submitted by a customer but didn't come through to my email. When I test it, it comes through. Please can you confirm why this might have happened?


    Also, they were unable to complete the child's name which is Adriana, there was only enough room to write 'Adrian'.

    I have checked your email address and it is not in the bounce list. Please see this thread for your reference.

    And also could you please give us your form URL so we could check the issue about not enough room to write more characters.
