No, you can add as many fields/questions as you want in a form. But, if the form has lots of widgets and the size is too big - it may increase the loading time of the form.

If you wish to add sub-users to your account, then you need to have a JotForm Enterprise account. The sub-user feature is only available for Enterprise users.

Alternatively, you can share your account username and password so the users can access.
