Form Language: cannot type into the translation boxes with EU domain

    Hi,

    It seems I can't translate fields in the admin. Fields seem blocked or something. 

    Please help.

    Our apologies. I can translate your form when I attempt to do it. You are using Google Chrome as far as I could see which is our common browser in the support. I would suggest checking again, and this time, kindly check your browser console for related errors that we can pass to our developers when required.

    Take a screenshot if you see any errors (red lines), and please upload the images on this thread. 

    I would also suggest checking the translation option with your other browsers. Please let us know if you can replicate the problem there.

    Thank you for sharing the console screenshot. That is greatly appreciated.

    The CORS Policy seems to be the caused of the problem, but I am not certain about it. I have escalated this thread to our backend team for them to check this further. Once we have an update, you will be notified here

    In the meantime, try clearing your browser's cache in Google Chrome. Also, try checking the translation with your other browser. Please try with Firefox.
