How do I retrieve a previous part completed form?

I was currently completing a form from Wickes, of which I saved and closed, to send it over to my colleagues to further complete, but they are unable to further complete and is made to start a new form.

Can my previous form be retrieved?

Can you please share the form you have filled?

If the form has the save and continue feature and your colleagues receive an email with the link to continue with the form, they should be able to complete the form.

You may also try to contact the form owner regarding your issue.
