Hello, at least one of two forms I have created do not operate with an example of completing. I completed one form and was not redirected to the default or presented results in either way in registration or with another message. What do the 2 forms have to not function as expected? Are you referring to the page where your forms will be redirected after they have been successfully submitted?

It appears that you have set both forms in the website you linked to redirect to an external page when submitted.

To my understanding, you would like to have both forms to redirect to the same page. If that is the case, I suggest that you check the Thank-you page settings of each form and update the redirect-to link as necessary — Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
