'New response received' emails for my forum questions are not delivered anymore

    I have noticed that I have stopped receiving emails from jotform support that tell me that a question has had a new response. these are very useful of course.

    I now have to hunt out forum questions to see if there has been a response.

    Definatelyhappens with Liyam's replies.

    Can you advise me please

    Hi Mark,

    I’m not quite sure why you’re not receiving post reply notifications anymore. However, I will send a report on your behalf to our administrators and, rest assured, we will try to determine the cause. I do apologize for any inconvenience, but I’m sure we will be able to solve this as soon as possible.

    PS. Please try to check your email settings as well. Sometimes the security settings in your email client/provider automatically redirects them to your spam folder.
