Make summary of Stops for Driver from forms they received to fill out

    Hi,

Each morning, we send our drivers many forms (with prepopulated info) with their stops to complete for the day. The drivers then load their trucks with the necessary equipment and then go out on the road to start delivering. At each stop, they complete the form and submit it to the office.

The question is, is there any way we could send our drivers a summary each morning with their stops for the day and the equipment they need for each stop? That way, they could load their trucks without having to open multiple forms.

    Thank you!!

To my understanding, every morning, you are sending multiple links to the same form to your drivers. However, each link has different prepopulated info. Each form link will be completed at each stop.

Right now, you are looking for a way to show your driver all their deliveries for the day in one go, without loading each form (multiple forms).

May we know how are you sending the forms to your drivers, please?

Also, about the prepopulated links that you are sending. Are those links being prepopulated via URL parameters? Or, those links are links to the form submissions in edit mode?

Would it be possible for you to send the details of today's delivery using a different application outside JotForm? For example, you can enter all the information in a Google Spreadsheet, then you can share the public link of the spreadsheet to your drivers.

To better understand your requirements, can you share with us an example of the links you are sending your drivers, please?

We will wait for your response.

We are sending the forms to our drivers via a link in an email. As in, we are sending multiple emails to each driver - one email (with one link) per delivery.

The links are being generated via URL directly from our database.

We're trying to automate as much as possible, so I'm not sure a Google Speadsheet will be most efficient. Also, we want each driver to only see HIS stops, not all stops scheduled for the day.

Thank you for your prompt response!!

Unfortunately, that is not possible to achieve with JotForm. You will need to send the details to your drivers outside of JotForm.

If you do not want to use a Google Sheet you can send a summary via email, for example.

Is there a way to have JotForms generate the Google Sheet? We're okay with using a Google Sheet as long as we don't have to manually create it and send it to each driver.

Can Jotforms automatically create and send the sheet to each driver first thing in the morning?

It is possible to send submitted data to the Google Sheet.

However, I am not sure how would you use this in your case, considering that only past deliveries will be shown inside of Sheet.

I'm afraid that you will have to manually create a summary or find a program outside of JotForm that can create it for you.
