We set up HIPAA forms for a client however when they receive them it says you are not logged into the right account so they can't view them. How can I add them so they can view and download their form submissions?

I checked your account, but it's not HIPAA enabled, it's on regular Silver plan. So please check https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and how these options are configured:

According to your pricing page, the Silver Plan is HIPAA compliant so I am not sure what you are trying to tell me. I did, however, find a setting under my account that I turned off to allow recipients to see forms without being logged in so that will take care of the issue I asked about. Could you please give me more information about HIPAA forms - I have tried to find answers in your knowledge base but I have not had any luck.

Upgrading to a Silver plan solely will not upgrade you to HIPAA automatically since you can use Silver plan without HIPAA.

Thank you for the response, I have read the page and it tells me nothing. I understand HIPAA, I used to train office staff on compliance and I know how the information needs to be passed through. You advertise that the silver plan allows for HIPAA forms with a compliance badge and I have yet to see it. Is there a customer service number? This method of communication is time-consuming and highly inefficient.

I forgot to mention I have tried clicking the upgrade to HIPAA button and nothing happens. When I look at the code for that button there is nothing there to execute an event.

Once you clicked the Upgrade button, it should redirect you to another page. May we know what link have you used?
