- modelincAsked on May 18, 2010 at 05:10 PMHi there,
Unlike on the old version, I can't find how to clear some space by removing older images that I've already used.
How do I do this!?
- modelincAnswered on May 18, 2010 at 05:14 PMJust to make that clearer - on the old Jot Form I could view up to a certain date within the Reports section, and delete the images clicking the little x at the right to give me some space back.
Can't for the life of me find a way to do that on the new version?

Few issues with it, but in the Submissions tab (once highlighted a form), simply click the 'cog' on the top-right hand side to select 'Submission Date' and them your own time-frame.
I found on FireFox that I needed to go out and then back in again for the new time-frame to take effect - and also didn't see an immediate reduction in file-space - though.... I'm pretty sure it will update. I've not tried it in Chrome yet but will - and I don't have IE to try it on (otherwise I'd have to kill myself) but it would be nice to know if it works in 'there' too?
All in all, gotta hand it to the developer - apart from a few 'niggly' bits - I'm quite sure this version will far succeed the old... in time!

We will look into the problems you found. Thanks.
