Thank you for your answer the other day I did find the key and was able to unlock the form.

Can I move the key to be able to have access to our encrypted credit application form via our on-call equipment (company cell phone and iPad)? And how do I make it happen?  We have a person that is responsible for processing the applications on the weekends and after hours which is done on the company equipment listed above.

I have tried emailing my key to the iPhone but when I go to open the attachment I get the following message " The operation couldn't be completed. (QuickLookErrorDomain error 16.)  (null)

Our old website ends on July 12 and the new has to be functional by then so I really appreciate any help in making this happen.

You should be able to send it via email, save it on your phone (don't try to open the key you won't be able to) and then upload it in the mobile forms application:

You can save it vai this prompt:

The above is done on the iPhone, so it should work on any iOS device.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you!
