Why do my forms keep deleting?

Hi there,

I created an online signup form via Jotform and shared it with my social media community. The form is still live however, when I logged onto Jotform the form was deleted. Now there's no way for me to track entries and I don't know what to do. This has caused a huge problem for me and my client. 

Please advise immediately.

The form you have mentioned can be found in the guest account. Please note that the guest account is not permanent, forms stored in the guest account are only available for several days.
