My Stripe integration is saying I have a "null" trial period. I don't have any trial period and I don't want it to say this. How can I remove. Stripe says it's happening on Jotform not with them.
By the way, are all customer support questions now private? I used to have to indicate if I wanted it to be public or private, but now I do not see that option.Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/72126580996163 -

I have checked the form you linked and I see that the Stripe payment field is set to sell subscriptions which are being fetched from your Stripe account.
May we know where are you seeing the "null" trial period, please? Do we need to make an actual submission for us to see it? Would it be possible for you to show us a screenshot that shows the issue, please? How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
Here's what I see on the payment field page of your form.
As for your other concern, I have moved it to a new thread considering it is about another topic. Here's the link to that thread — https://www.jotform.com/answers/1885281
You may follow-up about your other concern in that thread to avoid confusion.

It's right there. It used to actually say "null" but I deleted that screenshot. Now it just leaves a confusing blank. See my screenshot here.

Since you are fetching the subscriptions from your Stripe account so Could you please confirm if you have values in your number of days in the Trial period?
Also, you may create a subscription directly in the Stripe payment wizard.
