When I view my profile it says I have the free account under my company email, michael@thegrowoff.com. I am unable to share my forms with the team currently. I believe from the admin side they see my account as a tier other than free, but I am not sure which one.
Attached is an image from the initial support request by my teammate who has admin privileges. Please let me know what I can do to be of further assistance.

That form currently belongs to you. Please confirm if you want us to move it to the account username "TheGrowOff" which has a Silver plan.
Please note that you can also transfer ownership of the form by dragging and dropping the form into the shared folder, example:
