Account Suspended due to Credit Card details collection

    Wondering why my account is showing as "Suspended?"  I have not used my account in a while and would sign in to design new forms for a new website and learned my account was suspended.   I run a Travel Agency and use Jotforms to collect travelers profile data for booking trips.

    Your account is currently suspended. This form (https://www.jotform.us/form/82834030439152) triggered the suspension.

    Collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.

    We have gone ahead and deleted the guilty fields and reactivated your account.

    If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form.

    You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date. Here's a guide: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.
