Why does it say "Login Failed-Suspended" every time I try to sign in?

    Your account is currently suspended. This form (https://support.jotform.com/build/91891128551158) triggered the suspension.

    Collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.

    We have gone ahead and deleted the guilty fields and reactivated your account.

    If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form.

    You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date. Here's a guide: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.
