Can I pay for my Jotform subscription via direct debit or automatic payment?

    I no longer wish to pay by credit card and would like to pay by direct debit or automatic payment

    Yes it is possible but to switch payment method, you need to first cancel your existing subscription. Once your account is downgraded to free plan, you will be able to upgrade again with other available payment method.

    If I downgrade to go back to the free plan, will I lose all my forms and their data?

    Please note that once you downgrade your account to free plan, no forms will be deleted automatically. If you do not upgrade your account again, over quota submissions will be deleted automatically since free account has submission storage limit of 500 submissions.

    Since your will upgrade your account again, there is nothing to worry about. If the over quota submissions are deleted, we will be able to recover the over quota submissions.
