Created PDF Template but cannot assign this template to form?

Hi Guys

I have created a custom PDF layout, whereby the form will be sent as a PDF attachment within this template. 

However, I am unable to choose this PDF document template as my PDF attachment. 

How do I publish the PDF editor completed form so its available in JotForm Form Builder under advanced settings?

Please be mindful that when you create a PDF document:

It will be available in that form only, to choose it in the Notifier as a PDF attachment:

But you can save it as a template as well:

And use it in another PDF if you like.
