Is it possible to customize the notification received for an encrypted form?

I want to stylize the form I receive. I have tried formatting the email content but it still gives me the Default Table style. Is there a different way to style the information I receive from the Encrypted Form. 

Please note that the email sent for the encryption forms shall be having a link to view the submission directly through the browser. Since the form data is encrypted and the private key is required to decrypt the data the email received cannot display any data within the body content.

I already looked at that before submitting my question. It does not have anything in there about customizing the Form Submission. Since this is an employment form. I am want to customize the Submission to look like an application. That way we can keep it on file. Is this possible or will it only look the default submission? 

I have tested this and is seems the  we cannot change the notification layout  when form encryption is enabled.
