We have a Jotform bronze account and Bitrix professional and we would like to create a form to collect customer data, privacy authorization and customer sign.
The goal is to have the contact created in Bitrix24. Is there a way to map jotform fields with Bitrix ones?
By what we have done so far, it seems we can only create a lead and map a small amount on fields (name, family name, email)
here attached the form we need to build, all the data of first section should be imported in contact fields in Bitrix

You may add your JotForm form into Bitrix24
https://www.bitrix24.com/apps/?app=integrations24.jotform
Click Install and continue with the next steps until the JotForm App is installed successfully.
Go to the JotForm Integration from the left menu in Bitrix24. Enter your API key and click Save.
After that, the forms that you have created in your JotForm account will show in Bitrix24
If the contact field is a fillable PDF, you may try uploading it and edit in your PDF editor.
https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor?fillable=new
However, if you want to map your contact in the Form builder, you would have use custom CSS to align the fields. You would need also to manually add the text in your contact.
Hope this information helps.
