Email Recipients Not Receiving Emails

    We are not receiving the email of form submissions utilizing jot form.  We have checked with our IT vendor and they say our system has not received any emails from jotform.

    Hi @rsglandscaping!

    Looking further into our Email Logs, it looks like everything is being sent appropriately. Is the notification emails being sent to SPAM? Can you kindly check, please?

    Please let us know if there is any delay in the time you receive any notification emails.

    We had our IT vendor check the SPAM folders and their was nothing in them either.

    I checked one of your forms and noticed that you had setup multiple SMTP senders. You can try to test with different SMTP senders and check if this helps.

    You can also try our noreply@formresponse.com or even noreply@jotform.com

    Please test with different SMTP senders and our domains and let us know. We will wait for your response.
