Thanks to your help, I was able to figure out how to put multiple fields on one line. My hope in doing this was to fill empty space on my forms and to save paper when I print the forms. I noticed that when I go to print the forms it automatically left justifies all of my form fields and puts them each on a line of their own even though that is not how they appear on my form when I go into the edit screen view. Is there a way to change the print settings so that it will print with multiple fields on one line vs. putting each on a separate line?

I think the only way you could do that is by customizing the email templating and printing it from your email client
Please give that a try and if you have more questions, let me know

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Where is the email templating section in jotform? Also I want to be clear and make sure you are understanding what I'm talking about in that I am having issues printing SUBMISSIONS, not forms that are on our website...I always print off completed forms that have been filled out by a customer directly through jotform under the submissions tab. This is where my form comes up with different formatting than what is shown on my website as well as when I edit the form itself on jotform. I want to change the print settings on forms that have submitted under "submissions." Is this possible? Thanks for the help!

Hi, there is no means for you to change the settings of the Print button in the form's Submissions page.
BUT, this tool is use to call out the dialog box options for your machine default setup printer device. It means that, everytime you hit print, it will give you options on how you wanted the hard copy printed.
Hope this help. Please inform us if this is not the answer you were looking for.
