How to apply for the non-profit pricing?

Second question, the group I am helping with their forms is a 12 step recovery group, however they have not registered with the IRS or any other government agency for non profit status.  Is there any other way to get the non profit discount with jot form?

However, a legal document that proves the non-profit status is required in order to be approved for this pricing.
