Can’t Change my Email adress.

    I try to change my email, but jotform do NOT send my email..... my old email and my new email are empty..

    I have checked the email address associated with your account and it is showing p********@a**.bg on my end. However, the history page of your account shows that you have recently updated your account email address to z****@a**.bg

    May we know which email address should be saved in your account, please? And, with your permission, we will be glad to help you update your account email address for you.

    Or, you can also try updating it again on the Profile page of your account to see if that helps.

    You can also try logging out from your account and/or clearing the cache of the browser you are using first before making the update.
