    Hello,

Do my existing JotForms automatically become HIPPA compliant when my account has been converted to a HIPPA-compliant account?

    Thank you,

    Debbie Frink

    Hello Debbie,

Yes, all forms will automatically be HIPAA compliant when your account is converted. You will not need to make any changes to your existing forms. Your forms and form submission data are moved to our HIPAA servers automatically. After that, all your forms will have the HIPAA compliant logo.

    Thank you.
How will the person completing and submitting the form(s) be assured that it is confidential and HIPPA compliant?

As shown in the screenshot in my earlier response, the HIPAA compliant logo appears on all forms while being filled by your users. This logo will appear on forms only if HIPAA is enabled and linked to our HIPAA servers so that the data is secure.
