Can we change how the PDF comes out at the end and the PDF file name as well?

I am trailing form creating websites for our business and I have a couple of questions about some features.

1. If we have an "address" field with the clients address can the form be automatically sent to that address as well as my address? The address will be different each time.

2.  Can we change how the PDF comes out at the end e.g. without the blue up the top and have our logo bigger?

3.  Can we change the PDF file name to be the file number that we put in on the form?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

When you say address, do you mean to say "Email Address"? Yes it is possible to send auto-responder email to the email address to the user who submitted form. To send the submission email to your own email address, you can add notification email alert in form: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
