Automatic update and refresh of fields "date" and "appointment slots"

I would like to inquire regarding the regular use of forms from Jotform platform.

More precisely, I would like to know if it is possible to set an automatic update of some fields such as the date in order to use the same form over time without having to change the date manually. 

Secondly, is it possible to refresh the field "Appointment slots" in the same way on a weekly basis ?

You can use current date in date field and maybe set some conditions on it, so you get some sort of automatic update behavior:

Secondly, is it possible to refresh the field "Appointment slots" in the same way on a weekly basis? 

You cannot set the widget to automatically refresh, but as a workaround, you could use the above date current date field and have multiple widgets in your form where each will show on a certain date. Therefore, each will show all available options.

Choose dates after 5th or after 15th or after 25th, each will show different Appointment widget.
