    Hi,

    You can do this by:

    1. Login to JotForm(www.jotform.com)

    2. Click My Forms menu on top

    3. Select the form you want to delete

    4. Click Delete button

Please note: Deleting forms with submissions data already, will also permanently delete all the submissions data of the form.

Inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.

That's not true. This will only delete the original form. Are there any way I can delete a form template from the public database?

    Hello mathiasmadsen,

Yes, it is possible to delete a form template. Here are the steps you should follow:

    1. Click on "My Form" and then select the form which you have already shared in form template.

    2. Click on "More" and then click on "Share as Template"

    3. In the "Share form on template gallery" window, click on "Unshare Form" to delete the form from template gallery.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

What if you have already deleted the form from your list of forums?  I set one up under one of my customers and some how it got set up under a different customer. It didn't appear that I was logged in and so I attempted to create a new account. It stuck on the account creation page popup after I confirmed the password so I refreshed the page. There were no forms listed. I added a new form and went on my way.  I set up the notification and everything and it recognized the email address of the new account.  After all was said and done i noticed that I had two forms in the old customers account. I checked my account and it said that the older customer was logged in.  So quickly I logged out and set the form as template. Created a new account again under new customer and replicated the form over. Then I went into the old account and deleted the form from the older account and it is gone. Problem is that I can still see it in the list of templates but have no option to delete it. I want to delete it because email alerts are set to my customer. If I could at least clear out the notifications to a blank then I would be happy to let it stay up there.

I'll be submitting a second case to explain the double login issue but I wanted to give some background on what may happen to others.

The form in question is http://www.jotform.com/form-templates/load-information-request

    Hello @NuHotInc

The template has been removed from the gallery.

You could have moved the form from account to account by cloning it - - Though I have to admit that you were quite resourceful---

If you have further questions - its always beneficial to open a new support thread

    Thanks.
