How to collect credit card data securely?

I need a way for customers to submit a secure form online with Credit card data and once form is submitted, notify someone via email that the data is available -- I also would like this data stored online in a PCI secured environment. --  can your product provide this type of feature?

You can integrate your form with any of the payment processors to collect credit card data and receive payments. Also, JotForm is PCI compliant.
