I can't remember my password and have requested to have it reset several times over the past few days. I am not receiving the instructions. What can be done to resolve this so I can reset my password?

Is the issue related to your account meadorsma? I checked our email logs and all password reset emails were sent successfully to your email address.
Please check your spam, folder and if there are emails coming from @jotform mark them as not spam. The password reset codes expired, so you will have to request it again. The password reset codes are active for 1 hour.
