Can't log in

Hi I just restarted my computer, cleared the cache and it still locks me out. There is no way I can log in without getting Autosuspended and loosing my form.

Please help!

This is the form I am trying to import. Actually I had finished working on it last night but it was lost because I could not log back in to the PPARAS account.

After further looking into your form it looks like the reason your account was suspended was due to asking for Driver's License information and a photo.

Thank you so much for resolving the mystery! We will reconsider whether the uploading of the driver license and number. However, can we have photos of the home uploaded without encription? I want to make this as simple as possible.

Collecting pictures of homes is fine to do without the encryption. Please let us know if you have further concerns.
