Help! Autosuspended

I have now reset the password 3 times and all three times, I have not been able to log back in, let alone create and save my form. As it is I lost hours of work yesterday when I logged in and then could not get back in to publish the form.

We would love to use this service as we are an animal rescue and need an economical way to build our Adoption Agreement.

Please let me know asap if this will work so I won't waste my time on this any longer.
