Notification email

    Since this morning I've stopped recieving the notification email from a jotform.

    I have two e-mails listed on the notification list and one of them is not receiving any messages (see the screeshot attached).

    The messages are also not in the Spam box, but maybe gmail is blocking the messages somehow considering them as spam.

    1. Can you confirm that the message is being sent to the email?

    2. Maybe you know how can I add your domain in a whitelist of trustful sources on my gmail account?

    Hi @Suporte_Freedom!

    Upon looking further into our Email Logs it shows that emails Failed to send.

    According to our engineers, we are currently using a backup email system, so there is currently an issue with the custom email senders.
