My jot form isn't providing me with all of clients information when they contact me

    it only provides me with a phone number it doesn't let me know the locaton or anything else just phone number  and details of the event  like the service they want and the date they need it

    Hi Agnes,

    Your notification email field tags wasn't updated properly that's why some information's aren't captured when notificaiton is sent to your email address. I have now fixed it for you. Your should be able to received them properly now.

    I would suggest to check your form's submissions page so you can check the correct previous data submitted to your form. But before that, I would highly recommend to register an account here in JotForm so you can easily managed your form and to avoid losing access with your form once your browser's cache is cleared. Please signup with JotForm using this email so form from your guest account will automatically be carried over to your registered account after signing up with JotForm.

    Also, note that guest accounts has lower submissions limits which is 20 submissions per month than free accounts which is 100 submissions per month.

    how long will it take for form from my guest account to be carried over I registed about 2 hours ago

    Hi agilson07,

    Since your guest account doesn't have any email address which associated to your FREE account, it won't automatically transferred and because of that, I've transferred it for you. So, it should be in your account now. Please re-login to your account to see the Form.
