Need the excel sheet from the Spreadsheet to form widget

Hi Support team

I am using Spreadsheet to Form widget and have uploaded an excel sheet into the widget. I need the sheet which is currently uploaded into the widget, how can i get it

The reason for the above is, i made some modification and uploaded another sheet into the widget, the form is not getting pre filled.

Unfortunately, you cannot export the Excel sheet attached to the Spreadsheet to the Form widget. You should be having the Sheet with you. We do not have an option to download the Sheet.
