Fields are not showing as obligatory in publish mode.

In my form when i chose a field to be obligatory it does not change in the form. 

When i am in editing mode it showing that the field is obligatory but when you are filing in the form its not.

I checked some of the forms in your account CoorTelia. But, I don't see the fields in your screenshot in those forms.

I checked your form, it seems the issue is with the condition below:

Please update the condition correctly as per your requirements to resolve the issue. If you don't want to set any condition on the field you can disable/delete that particular condition so the fields will always be shown as Required irrespective of the user response.
