How can I capture the data collected on the embedded form?

I created a form using JotForm and used it on my website as a link, how can i capture the data collected on the form?

Means, you have just added the link to form URL to the web page instead of displaying the whole form?

Then users can just open the link and submit the form. Once the user submits the form, you can see the data in the Submissions page.

Alternatively, you can also display the whole form on the web page so users can directly submit the form from the website.
