Why is my form not updating my google spreadsheet

    Here is a link to my google spreadsheet. It shows 22 registrations and I have 28 on the submissions part of the form.

    I was able to replicate the same issue you are having. Can you please try to removing your current integration and then re-integrate the form again. After reintegrating the form, please clear your web/page cache and see it it works.

    Kindly let us know if the process I have provided did not solve the issue so I may escalate this to our level 2 supports.

    I tried the steps and it is not working.

    I was not able to access your spreadsheet.  Is there any way you can please provide us with images of the spreadsheet and the submission count for us to forward this to our dev team?

    Meanwhile, you may want to look into our HTML listing Report.  It updates automatically with every submission and can be embedded on a page or a form.
