Is there a way to add all forms sent on a specific date in one folder? For example, all forms submitted today will be in a folder "07/12/19" and all forms that will be sent tomorrow will be in a folder "07/13/19"

JotForm can help you organize registration information. Submissions are stored on your account and can be exported to Excel or Google Spreadsheet through integration features.

The best way to store submission date wise maybe to use drive integrations like Google Drive or Dropbox. You can use the date field on your form to create a new folder however that will store submissions in the PDF Format. I'll research more on this topic and come back to you with a suitable solution.

    Thank you for your response.
It is already customized that the submissions will be named as the date
submitted, but it is being uploaded as different folders each time.

I have just tested this with Google Drive integration on one of my forms. Please use the steps below -

    1. Add a hidden date field with the default current date on your form.

You can then use Google Drive integration to and organize the submission using the current date field.

You can refer to my form: https://form.jotform.com/91924174938973

You can view the submissions arranged in date folders here.

    I hope this helps.

Thank you for your response! It works now.
Can the multiple recipients be added with any kind of subscription?
