Am I able to create forms that I can sell on my website using the Form Builder?

Am I able to create forms that I sell on my website using your creator to help my customers with digitizing a specific niche business/task or coaching? For instance, these fillable forms would be located on my resources page for a small fee to download.

    Thank you.

Please be aware that you cannot resell the forms. In our Terms of Use, you'll find the "No Resale of JotForm Service" section. Here's the excerpt:

No Resale Of JotForm Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion (except for your User Submissions, to which Company agrees you retain all rights) of the JotForm Service, use of the JotForm Service, or access to the JotForm Service.

However, you can create a main account and share the forms with your customers as a sub-user. This means that your customers will have their own login information. For more details, please check this guide: How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User.

Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for the response, John. Help me clarify.

First, When I follow that link in your response, it states that sub user accounts have been discontinued as a feature.

Then it states something about an enterprise account.

If I had an enterprise account would I be able to charge my customers for access to the forms then if I am not allowed to sell individual forms?

And if I am unable to use your service for such a thing. Would you happen to know what kind of service or software I could use since it isn't actually competition if it's a service you don't allow or offer? 🤔😊

We have discontinued the sub-user feature. If you wish to add users to your account, you would need to apply for the enterprise account.

If I had an enterprise account would I be able to charge my customers for access to the forms then if I am not allowed to sell individual forms?

This does not mean that you cannot sell your development services and such.  If you are including Jotforms in your webpages(embedded), it is alright to do so.  As long you are not selling them access to the site or forms.

And if I am unable to use your service for such a thing. Would you happen to know what kind of service or software I could use since it isn't actually competition if it's a service you don't allow or offer?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure with other form creators if they allow such service.

    Hope this information helps.
