Question about my account

    Good afternoon,

    I received an email that I need to upgrade my account since I reached my account limits.  I just logged into my account earlier today and deleted many messages from the server, freeing up storage space.  Since having done so, I still get upgrade messages when clicking on the jotform links at my website contact page.  Do I still need to upgrade my account?  I would think if I am not over on storage space, there would not be a need to upgrade.

    Hi @RZarrilli!

    The reason your account still started overlimit is due to having more than 5 forms on your Free account. If you do not wish to upgrade to a paid plan you will need to delete forms you are not using.

    Deleting forms will go under your Trash folder in your Jotform account.
