When a field with a hover text is on shrink mode an is selected, the hover text appears on it and don´t permit the user to write any text on it.

    How can it be fixed?.

    Hi starcomcsl,

I would advise to either remove the hover text or make the field larger.

Hope you find this tips useful. Thank you for using JotForm!

    Hi there,

First of all, Thank you for using JotForm!

I’ve been trying to replicate your problem, but everything seems to work on my end.In any case, if you recreate the form and send us a link so that we could check it out, that would be a very big help.

However, I see how this could happen. If you really need to shrink the fields, try using a sub label instead of a hover text. It allows you to display additional information/instructions and does not get in the way of your users. This allows for a better fit if you need to undersize your form.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks, It was fixed aligning the label to the top size, the hover text apear above the field so I can select the field now and write on it. I need to have some fields in the same line and I am using hover text to put required field error message in spanish.

Thank you for bringing that to our attention. However, since this issue is a tad different from the original topic in this thread, I suggest that you create a separate thread for it so your issue will be handled in a more focused and efficient manner. Also, it would benefit other users who are experiencing the same issue as it would be easier to search for the topic in the forum.

    Thank you for understanding.
