My first question is about a filed to collect url.
I don't find a field in the list. I need this to check if the url is correct. If not, I can display an alert
Second, is it possible to display some field only if a condition is ok. I mean the follow :
Are you a copywriter ? no / yes
if no, ok, next question
if yes, then I need to know the url of is blog.
Thanks for answer

Unfortunately, there is no URL field in JotForm to check URLs if they are existing down or alive. But I am happy to forward this to our developers. However, I can not give you the timeframe if when they would update this thread.
On your next question, yes that is possible. Using a Conditions feature in the form builder. You can use "Show/hide a form field" condition and you can set a condition and it's action.
To do this:
1. Open you form from the form builder
2. Click Setup & Embed tab from the top navigation
3. Click Conditions button and wait for the Conditions Wizard to Appear
4. Click "Show/Hide a form field" option and click next.
You will see this window where you can set a condition and evaluate it and after that set its action
Please let us know if you have further inquiries or concerns, be sure to post them so we can assist you.

On regards to your second question, you can accomplish that through show/hide conditional logics . If you have more questions regarding to this second matter, please open another thread

Just to add my "2 cents worth", a URL field would certainly be useful. I imagine it would have similar functionality to the current email field, where an error message would be triggered whenever an incorrectly formatted URL is entered. However, just like with the email field, I don't think it would be able to indicate if the URL actually exists.
Anyway, the ticket requesting the tool has been submitted by ardy0689 and we'll let you know if or when it becomes a reality.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks all the team
Really, your answer is very useful and so quickly
I'm agree that URL field is useful. And yes, it would have similar fonctionality to the current email field. Just to control the format, not if the url exists.
I hope it becomes a reality soon.
