How to share a form on a mobile device with my other workers on their mobile devices?

Hi I wonder if you can help me I love the product I need to be able to share a form on a mobile device with my other workers on their mobile devices and gather the data how do I share a form I've made with my other workers and grab the data from their devices as well or do I hook them up to the form seems like I'm not making sense but if I am can you get back to me please have a wonderful day

On Jotform mobile app form, you can share your form. Just tap on the form and tap on "Share form".

You will then see an options how you want to share the form. Just select whichever is your preferred method.

Hi thanks for your feedback it was very helpful can you tell me how the
forms I send them to work offline and I get the info as soon as they are
back in cellphone coverage as I am the supervisor and I work in a different
part of the country to them and I'm looking to get the data as soon as I
can so I can send the tool they need asap can you help with this can

If you want the form to be filled offline, you need to tap on the gear icon:

The, tap on Offline Forms:

Finally, make sure to check the forms that should work in offline mode:
