client says emails arent going through

Hello, upon checking your notifications on those forms, the email email@example.com is in our bounce list with this message:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.0 <0000013d406b2e93-5401e12f-798c-4f=
email@example.com> sender rejected. IB504'
I have removed the email address from our bounce list. I also checked your email address to another email verifier service tools.email-checker.com.
Your email is inactive, have problems or you have mispelled the email address. Please consult your email provider
