Most efficient way to send a 3 part form which the recipient fills out Part2, and returns the entire form

    Scenario:

    1. My inspector completes Page1 of the form using JotForm Mobile and sends it to me.

    2. I review the form, make corrections or additions and disable Page1 so the data cannot be changed.

    3. The form is then sent to the Homeowner for completion of Page2.

    4. The homeowner completes Page 2, disables Page2 by conditional disable and returns the form to me.

I have read several threads on how to do this and even looked at Workflow. However, it doesn't seem to be working correctly because Step2 is a drop-down with only one choice totally unrelated to the field title. See Pic Step2. Obviously, this is the wrong type of field as the title asks for data entry, The Requester's email. End of story for Workflow. It's nonfunctional.

I want to send the form to the Homeowner as described above. Since Work Flow is no longer an option, what's the best way to handle this? I've looked at several support threads on this subject  and discovered this question/scenario has been asked many times over that last few years and each time, the answer is different, which leads to some confusion.

What  is the most efficient way to send a 3 part form which the recipient fills out Part2 and returns the entire form?

I'd really appreciate clarity on this; OR Workflow is fixed.

The https://www.workflowforjotform.com integration is implemented by https://www.processmaker.com, so this is not something that we can adjust from our end.

You may consider using JotForm conditions in combination with submission edit links to implement a workflow in your form. We highly suggest checking the next guide to get an idea about a possible configuration:

    Hi,

Yes, I figured that to be the case. I am hoping someone could give them a heads up.

I've been studying the suggested link, looks like I could make it adaptable.

    Thank you

If you face any difficulties while implementing the workflow, you may get back to us with your form link and details, so we will be able to take a look.
